The Cellar House Farm is a Colonial-era farm situated on a high bank overlooking the wild and scenic Pocomoke River on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Located on the Pocomoke River, not far from Salisbury, Berlin, Ocean City, Snow Hill and Pocomoke City. It’s a beautiful place for your next wedding, event, or celebration. The 400-acre farm’s outdoor spaces afford a variety of event settings and options.
The Cellar House Farm features our namesake colonial manor house with its distinctive “Flemish Bond” Brick gables surrounded by approximately 20 acres of lawns overlooking the beautiful Pocomoke River. Entrance to the farm is our 1-mile long lane through pollinator meadows, forest, and agriculture fields. The extensive lawn areas afford multiple options for hosting events with the river, manor house, sculpture collection, pond, lagoon, arbor, gazebos, and fire pit as features to work with.

Cellar House Farm is accepting reservations for exclusive weekend events. Whether you’re planning a wedding, private celebration, or corporate gathering, our riverside venue offers the perfect blend of privacy, natural beauty, historical significance, and an ideal event setting. Our venue is an outdoor space with plenty of riverside lawn space for various tent sizes. There are many unique property features to work with when creating your perfect event experience. Cellar House Farm has a deep water dock for boat access, and both a covered gazebo and a pergola overlooking the river.

0-75 guests $4000
75-125 guests $4500
125-175 guests $5000
175-225 guests $5500
Venue Details:
Access to property for tent and restroom install Wednesday-Thursday
prior to the event date. Load out Monday following the event.
12 Hour access on event day. event concluding by 12:00 PM.
Prior day rehearsal at the property for an additional fee.
Outdoor ceremony, cocktail party and reception locations, day of event
Manor House access permitted for the Bridal Party 2 hours prior to event.
1st floor Manor house access to wedding party families and photographer for 45 minutes.
Due to the historical nature of the Cellar House, guests are not permitted inside during the event.
The Cellar House property is limited to one event per weekend.
Lawn and lane parking are available in close proximity to the tent site.
Golf carts are available for assistance.
Shuttles or buses can access the venue
PA speakers and microphone are provided
Sculpture collection and grounds are available for photography on the
day of the event and before with prior arrangment
Potential 4 day minimum lodging for the immediate wedding or event host group in the Cellar House for an
additional fee. Due to its Historical nature, The house is closed to event participants and parties.

We recommend that event groups hire either a full-service event planner, wedding planner, or caterer before holding an event at the Cellar House Farm.

LOCAL VENDERS
We want your wedding or event to be as seamless and successful as possible. We have curated a list of local venders. Event vendors will be permitted to work on the property on a case by case basis after a site visit with our event manager. Appropriate liability insurance will be required by venue management.

VENDOR LOAD-IN & LOAD-OUT
Vendors are allowed to arrive at the venue for delivery and setup on the Wednesday or Thursday prior to the event. Vendors and the participants are allowed to arrive at the venue at 10;00 AM or later the day of the event. This window must be approved by venue management 30 days prior to the event. Vendors must have all items removed off the property by 5:00 PM the following Monday unless otherwise agreed upon in the formal agreement.
